「【つくば/部長候補】購買部門マネージャー ※プライム上場」のポジションの求人です
【募集背景】
現部長がまもなく役職定年となるため、次期部長候補を採用したいと考えております。入社後すぐに部長職に就任、ではなく、入社直後は購買部付のプロジェクトマネージャー等といった役職での採用になるかと存じます。
【ミッション】
小森コーポレーション社の購買部にて、責任者として部/課のマネジメント及び実務をお任せします。
同社の購買部では、「発注する物が無い」「取引先への支払いが遅滞する」といったトラブルも無く、
発注品を基軸に取引先との良好な関係を長年継続することができております。年間200億を超える購買金額を元に、
さらにより良い企業間取引の形を創造し、前向きな購買活動が可能な環境です。
現場や取引先とのコミュニケーションを図りながら、組織を牽引いただくことを期待しています。
【業務内容】
下記、お任せしたい業務です。
(1)購買政策の立案と政策に基づく企業育成(新規企業開拓含)
(2)取引先(協力企業)の経営状況監視と政策に基づく支援・取引判断
(3)バイヤーとしての購買部員教育計画立案・実行
(4)海外を含めた最適購入先からの調達活動推進
(5)BCP対策を含む供給リスクに対するマネジメント業務
■取引先への訪問頻度
月2~3回(社用車で一日2~3社を訪問する)
※取引先への訪問時は車移動となります。
■教育計画
・まずはOJT形式で小森コーポレーション、購買部を取り巻く環境を理解いただき、
取引先の経営状況・企業別発注政策の把握後に将来的な購買活動計画に沿い活動してまいります。
【組織構成】
購買部 約50名程度の組織となります。
┗資材課 20名程度
┗開発購買課 15名程度
┗購買管理課 15名程度
※部長50代、課長50代2名、40代1名 メンバーは10~50代まで、幅広い年齢層が所属しています。
【組織課題】
購買部の課題として1番大きいのは、「発注品が入らないこと」です。発注品がなければ、生産現場にも迷惑がかかるため、調達係だけでなく、購買部全体で総力を挙げて発注品の確保をする必要があります。安定的な発注品の供給のためには、購買部内で横断的な問題解決を行うことが…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■製造メーカーでの購買・調達経験
■管理職として5名以上のマネジメント経験
【歓迎要件】
・製造業でのマネジメント経験がある
・産業機械の製造知識がある(開発・試作・コスト管理・手配・納期・倉庫管理等)
・語学(英語)を活かした業務経験がある
・PC及びシステム構築の知識がある
・KPI管理の経験がある
【給与】
年収 900 ~ 1200 万円
■定期昇給:年1回(4月)
■賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
■年収は経験を考慮のうえ、決定します。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
