ICT/IoT/AIを活用し、養豚業界に生産性向上と
環境負荷軽減を両立させるデータソリューションを提供し、
養豚DXを起点に食料問題解決に取り組んでいます。
養豚農家向け経営管理システム「Porker」を開発・提供しており、
国内で生産される豚肉の約14%に活用されています。
「Porker」のリプレースを予定しており、開発スピードの向上と
体制強化のため、Webの最新技術をキャッチアップし、
新規開発の設計フェーズから参加できる方を募集しています。
【具体的には】
・ エンジニアリングチームは現在1名の正社員と業務委託5名で構成されています。
・ 日本ではまだあまり使用されていないSSTなどの最新技術を多く取り入れ、
フロントからバックまでをTypeScriptで開発しています。
・ 入社後は正社員のメンバーの業務の棚卸しを行い、一部引き継ぎ、徐々にお任せしていきます。
・ まずは「Poker」のリプレースが目標です。
・ 中長期的には属人化しない開発体制を目指しています。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・モバイルアプリの開発実務経験3年以上・Flutter を用いたモバイルアプリ開発の実務経験
【歓迎】
・iOS(Swift)または Android(Kotlin)でのネイティブアプリ開発経験
・(Express / NestJS)または Ruby on Rails を用いたバックエンドとの連携開発経験
・TypeScript / JavaScript を用いた開発経験(API フロントエンド連携の理解)
・Firebase(Authentication / Firestore / Analytics など)の利用経験
・同社の開発環境(Flutter × / Rails × AWS)に近い環境での開発経験
・DDD(ドメイン駆動設計)や Clean Architecture などのコーディングアーキテクチャを理解し、実践している方
・リードエンジニアとしてチームを牽引した経験、またはアプリ開発プロジェクトの技術選定経験
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
