【仕事内容】

プロダクトチームに所属し、養豚DXに関連するAIの開発業務を行います。

主な業務内容は、データ分析基盤の開発・改善、安定稼働、

データ分析・利活用の推進、ビジネス課題に関わるデータ分析・利活用、データ分析基盤の構築です。

Eco-Porkは、データを用いた循環型豚肉経済圏の共創を目指すデータカンパニーで、養豚農家向け経営管理システム「Porker」を提供しています。

Porkerは、ICT/IoT/AIを活用した生産性向上と環境負荷軽減を両立させるデータソリューションであり、国内で生産される豚肉の約14%で活用されています。

様々なデータを活用し、ビジネスの成果を最大化することを目指し、チーム体制を強化するため、データ分析やモデリングの実務経験者を募集します。

【求める人材】

・ 機械学習モデルの設計・実装・運用経験

・ Python、R、SQL を用いたデータ処理・分析経験

・ 統計学やデータモデリングの基礎知識

・ データ可視化ツールの使用経験(例: Tableau、Power BI、Matplotlib、Seaborn)

・ チームメンバーやステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーション能力

・ 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎】

・ 大規模データの処理経験(例: Hadoop、Spark、BigQuery など)

・ クラウドプラットフォームの利用経験(例: AWS、GCP、Azure)

・ 自然言語処理(NLP)やコンピュータビジョン(CV)の知識

・ データパイプラインの設計・構築経験(例: Airflow、Kubernetes)

・ アジャイル開発プロセスへの理解

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
