China International Capital Corporation (Japan) Limited ("CICCJP") is a subsidiary under the China International Capital Corporation Limited ("CICC") which is a leading investment bank in People's Republic of China. CICC and its group companies have overseas offices in major financial centers to conduct securities businesses globally including Tokyo, Japan. CICCJP is registered as Type 1 and Type 2 Financial Instruments Business Operator and conducts mainly Global Markets and Investment Banking businesses.

Multi-Product Sales
to support the global market business of CICCJP.
This position is on-site and with working location in Tokyo, Japan.
Job Description:
The job duties associated with this role may be expected, but not limited to:
- Well understand the customer-first approach and serve our prospective clients as a CICC representative sales
- Compliant with regulatory rules and the Company's designated policies including JP internal policies and directions
- Develop the wholesale business or third-party channel mainly focusing Japanese domestic brokers and regional banks
- Explore the wholesale business opportunity with other financial institutions
- Focus mainly to promote structured notes underlying Equity (EQ) / Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) products, mutual funds, illiquid products such as private equities and any other products if applicable
- Collaborate with the Headquarters' EQ/FICC relevant teams, by sharing clients' information/demand and delivering business promptly
- Collaborate with local EQ/FICC sales together, by sharing information and introducing them to promote plain EQ/FICC business in case
- Collaborate with local senior management to develop relationship with clients
- Comply with the firm and regulatory requirements to promote business
- Collaborate and consult with local office and Legal and Compliance Department (LC). In case of necessity of New Product / License application, support and collaborate with local office, LC and INT
- Keep track of business development and report to local and INT management
Qualification:
- At least Bachelor's degree in relevant majors, preferably an MBA or equivalent from recognized universities
- Solid sales related experience in multinational companies, preferably having involved in securities institutional sales
- Passed the JSDA qualification exams as Type 1 Securities Sales Representative (第1種証券外務員)
- Native or near native Japanese, and minimum conversational English
- Experience of covering central institutional clients, third-party channels such as small-and-mid-sized brokers and regional banks
- Product knowledge in either equities or fixed income, as well as ideally investment funds and/or derivatives
- Customer-oriented mentality
- Passionate for the sales job
- Effective communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy
