部署・サービスについて
社員総数約1,400人となるコマース&マーケティングテクノロジー統括部において人・物・金の部分を管理し開発組織のサポートをしています。Finance部門、HR部門、総務部門、戦略部門で成り立っている部となります。

その中におけるFinance部門が今回の募集となっています。

事業長や役員レベルとのコミュニケーションはもちろん、現場エンジニアの発注や工数、予算の管理も行う為、非常に幅広い層と関わりながら多くの刺激を受けつつ仕事をして頂けると思います。

ポジション:
募集背景
コマース&マーケティングテクノロジー統括部の組織拡大、対象業務の増加にともない、Finance要員を追加募集します。

業務量が多くなるからだけではなく、どのように業務フローを変えていくか、作っていくかを一緒に考えていただける方を希望します。

業務内容
管理会計で必要となる数字の集約・精緻化。その後主にExcelでデータ加工や差分分析を行い、役員・部長・マネージャ陣へのレポーティングを行う業務です。

週次・月次・年次での実績比較や予実比較を行い、その原因を調査してレポートにまとめて頂きます。

ステークホルダーが役員や事業長などのハイレイヤーとなる場合が多く、レポーティングに関しても常に創意工夫・改善を重ねています。

・現場メンバーとのコミュニケーション、社内ツールの活用を通し、必要なデータの集約、まとめ

・予実管理、工数管理や発注業務

・主にExcelを使った加工、レポート作成、レポート業務

・楽天管理会計システムの理解と改善提案

・関係部署との協業・連携

働く環境
総勢約40名、平均年齢30代前半

担当部署、役割により7つのチームに分かれています。

会計・経理の未経験者、開発職や監査法人、営業事務職などから転職してきたメンバーがたくさんいます。

必須要件:
・日本語:ネイティブレベル、N1レベル

・Excel:上級(マクロ・Pivot・Pivotグラフ・高度関数、など)

・PowerPoint:中級(レポート作成)

・英語:ビジネス英語(TOEIC800以上)

歓迎要件:
・マネジメント経験

・管理会計の経験

・経営層と関わる業務経験

・ITインフラ関連の知識

・購買業務経験
