部署・サービスについて

ITガバナンス統括部では、楽天モバイルの戦略目標を達成するため、IT戦略とガバナンスを策定し、全社的な社内ITに関するポリシー、プロセス、システム、および企業を強化する社内IT環境を最適化する事をミッションにしています。

ITインフラ管理課では、ITガバナンス統括部のミッションに基づく様々な施策を実行し、社内展開していく役割を担当しています。

業務内容

・楽天グループ株式会社に所属し、楽天モバイル株式会社の様々なIT環境整備を推進していただきます。

具体的には

・対象部門の業務ツール管理に関する実作業を担当。

管理システムの立ち上げ、対象部門への説明、その後の運営サポート。

・各部署が個別で利用しているソフトウェア、BIツールの一元管理の実現

・新規システム運用開始まで、暫定的な仕組みの構築(Microsoft Formsなど)

・社内IT管理システムの運用

・社内IT管理規定に基づく監査の実行

・社内ITシステムの現場導入サポート

働く環境

ITガバナンス統括部全体では20名弱、

今回募集しているITインフラ管理課はマネージャー1名(60代男性)、メンバー1名(50代男性)。

組織全体で中途入社者が多く、通信事業経験者だけでなく、業界未経験の方も多数。その為、中途社員の受け入れなどもスムーズです。

業界、実務が未経験でも、経験豊富なメンバーからのサポートを受けながら、着実に成長できる環境です。

必須要件:

・社内SEや情報システム部門など、BIツール等を管理または推進した経験3年以上

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎要件:

・IT業界、電気通信業界での就業経験

・システム化、自動化の経験
