Department Overview
We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people from all the world to achieve this ultimate goal. We are looking for hands-on, active, strategic, and enthusiastic Recruiting specialist because of continued business growth and global expansion. The Recruiter will focus on hiring new graduates. The recruiter will have opportunities to participate in global hiring activities.

Position Details
The following three positions are open:
1. Recruiter
Presentation at various recruiting events
Follow-up with candidates during the selection process and the onboarding process
Plann and operate events for candidates and propective employees
Create recruitment plans by communicating with campus career centers, vendors, and others
2. Selection /Proces management
Plan and operate an application management system
Improve selection processes and recruitment activities
3. Strategic Planning
Mid- to long-term strategic planning for new graduate recruitment
Establish goals and KPIs for next fiscal year
Plan and review annual projects
Budget management, recruitment progress management, and current status analysis
Analyze and improve branding
Mandatory Qualifications:
Business level Japanese language skills are essential for this position
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Experience with Excel, and Power Point
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting
Experience in BPO or BPO consulting
