◆具体的な業務フロー
1.営業基幹システムのSalesforceを活用し、
新規クライアントメールやLinkedin、電話等を利用してのアプローチ、アポイントの獲得
2.簡易提案書作成
電話でのヒアリングをもとに資料テンプレートを用いて提案資料を作成(Daijob.com登録者数から、応募数やどのくらい採用数が見込めるかなどシミュレーションを行います)
3.クライアントミーティング
募集職種の内容や採用条件、現状の課題等をうかがい、採用成功へのDaijob.com活用方法と課題解決手法の提案を行います。
4.契約クロージング
ミーティングでヒアリングしたニーズと提案内容を元にプラン内容・見積を提出し契約締結でをフォローアップ。
5.既存クライアントフォロー
Daijob.com利用の効果測定を実施し、定例報告を実施。
基準のKPI進捗によっては、採用成果のための新たな提案を実施。弊社クライアントサポート部門と共にクライアントの採用成功まで並走いたします。
