Department Overview
The Recruiters will own the sourcing and outreach strategy required to support critical hiring in an aggressive, fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment. Rakuten seeks highly motivated professional recruiters who will focus on direct approach recruiting. The recruiter will have opportunities to participate in global hiring activities.

Plan and execute career recruiting strategies to successfully achieve hiring targets
Utilize new and creative direct hiring solutions including SNS to maximize pipeline and increase the number of hiring
Optimize the recruiting process
Make the supporting system of career recruiting for an entire Rakuten group
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3-years recruiting experience (agency or in-house experience is welcome)
Fluent in English and Japanese ability * TOEIC score of 800 or above is necessary
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers, as well as setting and managing expectations
Ability to dive deep and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
Ability to understand and articulate position requirements, as well as sell Rakuten culture (Rakuten Shugi) and business initiatives to close candidates
