Department Overview
As human resources and businesses diversify and expand, HR is required to actively promote not only stable operations but also business improvement and efficiency.
With over tens of thousands of employees and over 70 nationalities, you will be working in an environment that promotes diversity. This is a fast-paced environment with many new projects and irregular tasks as well as routine tasks.

Position Details
Operation and management of HR services and BPO
Contract management for fixed-term contract employees and temporary staff
Operation and management of company housing
*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs
Experience in HR in a business company which has more than 5,000 employees
High level of communication skills
Ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
