Position Overview - Work Responsibilities
- Building systems to attract necessary talent
- Planning and implementing hiring initiatives with diversity in mind
- Outreach to top talent globally
- Scouting suitable candidates and collaborating with recruitment agencies
- Creating candidate pools and running internship programs
- Building and managing talent pipelines
- Overseeing interview processes and recruitment initiatives

Required Experience
- Belief in Mercari Group's mission and values
- Minimum 1 year work experience in campus recruitment
- Mindset for bold challenges and agile responses
- Flexibility to address complex organizational issues
Preferred Experience
- Experience in diverse recruiting activities including tech roles
- Familiarity with relevant tools
- Experience in diverse team environments
Screening Criteria
- Ownership and excellent communication skills

Language Requirements
- English: Independent (CEFR - B2) and above
- Japanese: Proficient (CEFR - C1) and above
Working Conditions - Employment Status
Full-time position with a probationary period of 3 months.
Office
Roppongi location with a smoke-free environment and flexible work style policy.
Work Hours
Full flextime with exceptions for certain roles.
Holidays
Two days off per week and various types of leave.
Salary
Annual salary based on skills, experience, and abilities with bi-annual reviews.
