業務内容
当社のデータセンター内でのお客様からの問い合わせや、お客様とお客様を結ぶケーブリング作業(相互接続)などを行なっていただきます。
日頃から英語を使用して業務を行っていただきますので英語能力も伸ばすことができます。
- お客様の入館対応、お客様からのお電話や社内からの依頼対応
- 障害対応、弱電、強電の工事発注等の施工管理
- サーバールーム内の電源、空調の需要率管理
- 業務のスケジュール管理、書類作成等の事務的作業 等

応募資格
- 四大卒以上、文理不問
- 英語能力: 応募時にTOEIC800相当必須
- 日本語能力: 入社までにN1相当必須
- 上記に加えて2025年中に入社が可能な方
月額初任給
大卒以上一律: 275,000円(左記金額に20時間の見込み残業代含む)
20時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
賞与 年1回(3月支給)

- 通勤費:月50,000円まで支給

都内/都内近郊データセンター ※地域を大きくまたぐ定期的な転勤などはございません。(大阪勤務希望者は個別相談可能)
勤務時間
- 研修期間:9:00~18:00(昼休憩 1時間)
- 配属後:シフト勤務 8:00~20:30 または 20:00~8:30 (1時間休憩 x 2)

- 研修期間:完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝祭日
- 配属後:シフト制 月6〜7日
年間休日120日以上
※ただし、配属先・勤務形態により休日数は異なります。
※勤務時中に引継ぎをしっかりした後はしっかりと休むことができ、会社からのメールや電話がなく、
