\飛び込み・テレアポ一切ナシ完全反響営業/
お問合せ・来店されたお客様の"理想の住まい"をカタチにするリフォーム提案をお任せします。

▼来店・問合せ対応
チラシやWEBを見て来店されたお客様へご希望をヒアリング。無理な営業は一切ありません。
▼現地訪問&プラン提案
お宅を訪問し、間取りや状態を確認。ご要望に応じて最適なプランと見積りをご提案。
▼職人・資材の手配、工事進行フォロー
自社職人と連携し、スムーズに工事を進められます。
▼引き渡し・アフターフォロー
工事完了後も定期フォローで長い信頼関係を築きます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥269,000 〜 ¥570,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,000(44時間15分相当分)を含む。44時間15分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
