給与計算担当者(Payroll Specialist)
<職務内容>
ウエスタンデジタルの日本法人における給与計算関連業務を担当いただきます。
具体的には以下の通り。
- 月々の給与計算・賞与計算・年末調整のデータ作成およびデータ確認
- 支給実績などのデータ集計
- 勤怠の締め処理
- 従業員への郵送物の発送作業
- 支払伝票の作成
- 給与計算に掛かる仕訳伝票の作成
- 社内・社外の監査対応
- 制度変更などに掛かるシステム改修への対応など
- Monthly Payroll / Bonus data creation and validation
- Creation of Payroll reporting
- Month end time tracking processing
- Mailing out documents to employees
- Preparation of payment requests
- Preparation of payroll related journal entries
- Responses in Internal and external audits
- Responses to System changes from company policy changes
資格
<必須となる経験、資格、スキル>
- 給与計算・社会保険業務経験(7年以上)
- Excelスキル(中級レベル)
- 英語
- 業務上での使用経験は問わないが、今後英語コミュニケーションに対しても高いモチベーションを発揮してキャッチアップしていただける方
- 日常業務において英語の読み書き(Eメール、チャット、資料など)は必須。
- SAPなどの給与計算システム経験
<あれば望ましいスキル>
- Workday経験
- 英語:ビジネスレベル
REQUIRED Skills
- 7+ years of experience in payroll and Social Insurance
- Excel (Intermediate)
- English
- Experience of English communication in business is not required, but expect high motivation for English communication.
- Required writing / reading in English (email, chat, ppt package…) in daily work after joining
- Experience in payroll system such as SAP
PREFEED Skills
- Experience in Workday
- Preferred: Business level in English
