Part time: F&B Guest Service Staff 



Location: InterContinental Sapporo 
Hourly Wage: Up to ¥1,600/hour (based on experience)

What we are looking for 



At InterContinental Sapporo, we are looking for passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Guest Service Staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer-focused service under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. You will work in one of the following outlets within the hotel: All Day Dining Restaurant, Signature Kappo Restaurant, or Lobby Lounge. 





Your Day-to-Day 



Deliver high-standard food and beverage service in line with departmental expectations 



Ensure smooth and timely delivery of both food and beverages 



Address and resolve guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly 



Communicate any guest concerns, service issues, or relevant updates to your supervisor 



Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and team members 



Complete any assigned duties or special projects as needed

What We Need from You

Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred 



Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset 



Basic conversational level in English and Japanese

インターコンチネンタル札幌では、情熱をもってサービスを提供するフード&ビバレッジのゲストサービススタッフを募集しています。本ポジションは、レストランマネージャーまたはスーパーバイザーの指導のもと、IHGの方針とホテルのガイドラインに沿ったお客様中心のサービスを担当します。勤務先はホテル内のオールデイダイニングレストラン、割烹レストラン、ロビーラウンジのいずれかとなります。
