このポジション就く専門家は、EPCとの契約に定義された条件に従い、高い品質と安全性を維持しつつ、
プロジェクト建設が予定通りの時間と予算内で完了することを保証し、責任を持つものとします。
業務内容
• 日本におけるX-Elio再生可能エネルギープロジェクト(太陽光発電および蓄電池)の現場建設業務全般を管理し、プロジェクトスケジュール、予算、および品質要件を満たした上で完了を確認
• プラントにおける試運転業務の管理
• X-Elio現場監視スタッフへの指導とサポートの提供
• 現場活動の追跡、スケジュール管理、および定期的な社内報告
• 建設の適合性と品質が高いレベルで維持されるよう、プロジェクト現場での検証とサポートを含めたEPC と現場スタッフの監督
• 建設期間全体を通して、O&Mへの引き渡しまで、EPC請負業者、現地との関係、およびEPC契約
の履行を管理
• 社内HSSEチームおよびEPCと連携してHSSE基準の維持を確保
• 運用および事業開発チームと連携し、関係当局および指定電力会社が要求するすべての許可、ライセンス、および認可の遵守を確保
• 現場監査および定期検査(コンプライアンス、品質、HSSEなど)への参加
• 建設工事のO&Mチームへの適切な引継ぎ、文書管理、品質管理の調整
• プロジェクトの様々なステークホルダーとの定期的なモニタリングレポート作成に必要なすべての情報の管理・調整
• M&A、PPA、プロジェクトファイナンスなどのDD(事業開発計画)に必要なすべての技術情報および建設情報の作成支援
• 現地説明会および地権者または近隣住民への対応における事業開発チームの支援
• 調達業務およびEPC/O&M契約交渉に関する技術支援の提供
求められる資格・スキル
• 電気工学、エネルギー工学、または関連分野の学士号
• 大規模太陽光発電(PV)建設プロジェクトに携わる7年以上の経験
• 大規模太陽光発電(PV)/蓄電池(BESS)に関する経験(適用される国および地方自治体の規制に関する知識を含む)
• 電気および土木に関する高度な技術的知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション力と交渉力をもって現場でプレッシャーを感じることなく柔軟な勤務時間で業務を遂行できる能力
• 様々なプロジェクト現場への出張が可能
• 業務に必要な英語力を有し、日本語がネイティブである
