Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to initial plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and overall project completion.
- Monitor project budgets, including costing and resource allocation to prevent overruns and ensure financial efficiency.
- Implement effective workflow processes to optimize construction operations and enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to resolve any issues or conflicts promptly.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Regularly report project progress and performance metrics to senior management.
- Engage in risk management practices to identify potential site hazards and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulatory requirements, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex project demands.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Japanese and English, preferred.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in the energy sector is a plus, specifically in projects related to renewable resources or energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and management strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
