【仕事内容】

当社製品開発部門において、サービス開発部門をリードし、サービス開発プロジェクトの進捗、予算、リソースの計画と管理を担当していただきます。

プロジェクトを成功に導くために、効率的なチームマネジメントとステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションを行う重要な役割を果たしていただきます。

<想定している業務>

・サービス開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトリーダーとしての業務全般

・プロジェクトの進捗状況、予算の配分、リソースの割り当てと管理

・社内外の関係者との交渉や調整業務

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

■下記のうち複数のご経験・知識

・プロジェクトリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験

・多様なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションや折衝経験

・プロジェクトの進捗管理、リスク管理、予算管理の実務経験

■求めるマインド【必須】

・協調性、リーダーシップがあり、他部門との交渉も粘り強く行える方

・中長期的な視点を持って、最後まであきらめずに業務遂行できる方

・不確実性の高い領域においても、チャレンジが出来る方

800万円~1400万円
