当部門では100年に1度と言われる変革期にある自動車業界の重要テーマ「CASE」の根幹を成すコネクテッドプラットフォーム(※車(モビリティ)とヒトをつなぐデジタルサービスプラットフォーム)を構築しています。インターネットを介してリアルタイムで世界中の車とヒトをつなぎ合わせることで、事故防止による安全な社会の実現やモビリティの未来を形作る新しい取り組みに挑戦しています。

【業務内容】

Hondaブランドの価値向上につながる新しいコネクテッドサービスを実現するため、デジタルプラットフォームの中長期的な戦略立案をリードいただきます。開発部として自ら事業戦略を構想し、ビジネス部門を巻き込みながら、全社的な方向性の策定と実行を推進します。主な業務は以下の通りです。

・コネクテッドカーのOut-Car領域における中長期的なデジタルプラットフォーム戦略の企画立案

・事業戦略の実現に向けたプラットフォームの要件定義、技術選定、システム展開におけるロードマップの策定

・社内外/国内外の多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、事業開発およびシステム開発をリーディング

・他社とのアライアンス形成やエコシステム醸成に向けた組織設計・業務プロセス、ビジネスモデルの策定

◆必須:

以下の業務経験をお持ちの方(いずれか)

・プラットフォームまたはクラウドの導入や開発などにおける戦略フェーズの業務経験

・戦略に紐づく技術的なロードマップ策定とアーキテクチャ設計の業務経験

・クロスファンクショナルな技術的統制(ステークホルダーマネジメント)やイノベーションを促進するような業務経験

◆資格:

・ITストラテジスト

・システムアーキテクト など

◆歓迎:

・事業会社にて通信サービスを活用したご経験

・SDVやOTA(Over-the-Air)アップデート、クラウドサービスに関する知識

・英語での業務遂行スキル(グローバルとの調整がある場合)
