ものづくり企業へ課題解決の提案営業および教育イベントの企画・運営、新規事業開発に関するお仕事です。

当社は、創業3年目のスタートアップ企業です。

つなぐ・つくる・育てるを通して社会のニーズに応えるを経営理念に、"ものづくり"と"ひとづくり"の事業を行っています。

・機械事業

-機械部品の調達

-省力機器・自動化機器の開発、製造、販売

-アグリテック企業の商社機能サポート

・メンテナンス事業

教育事業

【主な仕事内容】

  • 法人向け営業戦略の立案及び実行
  • 顧客との関係構築及びフォローアップ
  • 教育イベントやセミナーの企画・運営
  • 市場調査及び競合分析を通じた新規顧客開拓
  • データを活用した新規事業の立案及び実行

まだ少人数の会社ですので、経営を担う人材の一人として勤務頂きます。ポジションや役割は適性や希望に応じて柔軟に考えています。将来起業予定のメンバーも働いており、自ら考え実行、検証し、再挑戦をしたいと考えている方に合った職場です。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩時間 12:00~13:00)

※出勤日は月曜日~金曜日

※固定時間制

※完全週休2日制+祝日休み

※残業あり(平均月10時間)

※出張の可能性あり

※現状転勤はなし

アクセス:

給与:

  • 昇給・賞与あり

実績に応じて昇給、賞与支給を実施します。
