広告運用の枠を超え、クライアントの事業課題を解決し、

共にビジネスを創出できるビジネスデベロッパーマーケターを求めております。

戦略的なWeb広告運用やクリエイティブのディレクション、顧客の事業成長への貢献を目指します。

【具体的には】

戦略的Web広告運用(afbデータ × クリエイティブ)

・ Google/Yahoo/Meta/TikTok/LINE等の運用型広告における設計・実行・改善。

・ 累計120万サイトのパートナーネットワークを持つ「afb」の独自資産であるデータやノウハウを活用した、競合他社には不可能な広告運用戦略の立案および実行。

クリエイティブ(LPやバナー、動画など)のディレクション

・ 単なる入稿作業ではなく、ユーザーの深層心理を突くクリエイティブのアイデア創出、構成案作成からデザイナーへのディレクションまで、クリエイティブの「勝ちパターン」を構築。

・ 意欲のある方にはクリエイティブ制作も指南し、実際に制作していただけます。

広告運用業務を超えた顧客の事業成長への貢献

・広告運用で得た信頼をベースに、クロスチャネルでの効果最大化、認知拡大施策などを提案。

・クライアントのPL(損益計算書)を理解した上での、マーケティング投資対効果(ROASだけでなくROI)の最大化提案および実行。

【求める人材】

・Web専業広告代理店または事業会社での運用型広告の実務経験2年以上(Google/Yahoo/SNS等)

・月額数百万~数千万円規模の広告予算を、自らの判断で運用および効果改善し、予算増額させた実績

【歓迎】

・ ASP(アフィリエイト・サービス・プロバイダ)や代理店側でのメディア向け営業や広告主向け営業の経験

・ 記事LPやバナーの構成案作成、コピーライティングの経験。クリエイティブ制作経験

・ 「自分が事業を大きくした」と言える原体験

・ クライアントへの提案書作成だけでなく、複雑な議論を整理し、合意形成へと導くための論理的文書作成能力

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
