自動車用アルミホイールのデザインから技術的な解析や生産技術に従事

国内外の提携工場の現場で開発プロセスに立ち会います

開発製品のコンセプトから立ち上げて頂きます

<取扱商品>

車のアルミホイールは、直径12~20インチの円の中にデザイン・カラーなど見える部分の他に求められる強度・剛性をバランスよく詰め込む夢のある製品です。

<仕事内容>

リサーチに基づき、独創性のある商品の企画、デザインに携わって頂きます。

リサーチを自ら行う事も有ります、カーショウでのリサーチ、ネットリサーチと様々です。

デザインは手描き、パソコンやタブレットのソフトウェアでも構いません。

オリジナルブランドからブランドメーカーさんのお手伝いと幅広いデザインに挑戦出来ます。

デザインが決定し開発を進める事になったら製造をお願いするメーカーとの調整を行います。

デザインを基準規格に合わせて3D化したり、されたのを確認したりと新製品の要となります。

また世界的な工場で打ち合せを行ったり、海外工場の現場で開発プロセスに立ち合います。

サンプルを確認し開発として納得が商品を創り上げます。

CAD関係のソフトウェアも充実していますので希望で使う事も習得する事も可能です。

<扱う製品>

開発する製品は自社ブランド『AME』のアルミホイールが主力です。

アルミホイールには当たり前ですが安心や安全が求められます。

国の基準を120%クリアさせるべく図面や3Dの解析を重ねて"人の命を預かる"製品を作り上げます。

<仕事の特徴>

・名古屋の本社を起点にして静岡県のホイールメーカー"ENKEI"との技術提携による開発業務です。

・中国の提携工場も数十社と取引をしており、リモートや現地での調整も行ないます。

・CAD/ライノセラスなどの3D技術を使用しての解析などスキルも活かせます。

※試用期間:3ヶ月(期間中の待遇変更なし)

【給与】

月給: 235,000円~282,000円+一律手当て5,000円+各種手当てあり

賞与年2回

月給には固定残業手当/月: 42,800円~50,000円(固定残業時間28時間0分/月)を含みます。

*超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

<年収目安>4,000,000円〜5,500,000円

※記載金額は選考(年齢・経験・実績)を通じて上下する可能性があります。

32歳入社3年(経験者)

月給:284,000円+家族手当8,000円+住宅手当10,000円+その他手当35,000円=合計294,000円+賞与年2回

年収:460万円

(2)静岡浜松のメーカー開発部門で技術習得(数ヶ月~1年間)

アルミホイール開発に必要スキルを習得して頂く予定です。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥240,000 〜 ¥373,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,800〜¥47,100(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
