職務概要】
TIは電子回路/ICに強い興味があり、ご自身が持っている知識と技術的スキルを用い、お客様の問題解決を関係者と協力しながら解決する実行力のある方を求めています。
フィールド・アプリケーション・エンジニア(FAE)はテクニカル・セールス・エンジニア(TSE)と協力しながら、新規案件の発掘や顧客の問題を解決するソリューションの提案を通じ、TIの売り上げ最大化を目指します。
コミュニケーションスキルを活用し社内外と協力関係を築き、計画を実行します。顧客との技術的なディスカッションを通じて製品開発にフィードバックもします。これらの行動により顧客とより深い関係性を築く事ができます。
【担当業務】
・お客様の開発案件に対しより多くのTI製品の採用に対し責務を持ちます。
・顧客理解に基づく成長戦略をTSEと共に策定、実行
・顧客の開発計画やシステム要件に基づいた適切なソリューションの提案
・評価検討時の問題解決、デバッグ等も含む直接的なサポート
・より最適な製品開発の為に開発部門へのフィードバック
・アナログ製品(アンプ、AD/DAコンバーター、通信IC、電源IC、ドライバIC、クロック、インターフェース等)を担当
