- 顧客およびオランダ・フェルドホーフェン本社との協業を通じて、リソグラフィおよび計測に関するソリューションを提供する
- 密な顧客とのコミュニケーション、エスカレーションサポートを通じてビジネス機会を開拓する
職務内容
- 高ボリューム生産および開発環境におけるリソグラフィ/計測プロセスの最適化
- 顧客からの製品問題に対して、他部署とも協業の上、データ解析を通じた解決策の提案
- プロジェクトを通じて顧客およびオランダ・フェルドホーフェンのASML本社との協業
- 定期的な会議やワークショップでの技術プレゼンテーションおよびプロジェクト概要の提供
- 新しいASML製品の評価を通じて、営業・マーケティングと連携し新規ビジネス機会を支援
- 高ボリューム生産におけるコスト削減の実現
- 他サイト、他顧客に対する技術的サポート支援
- 顧客との会議を通じてEngagement活動を推進、サービスに対して顧客満足度の向上に取り組む
- 顧客、市場動向の変化により他サイトへの転勤の可能性もあり
学歴要件
- 工学、科学、または数学の修士号または博士号
- または、工学、科学、または数学の学士号を取得し、半導体業界で2年以上の経験があること
語学要件
- 日本語:ビジネスレベルまたはネイティブレベル(少なくともJLPT N1レベル)
- 英語:日常会話レベル(TOEIC 500点以上)、英語能力向上に意欲があること
