【職務内容】
Sales Engineer(プリセールス)としてお客様の課題をヒアリングし、W2の自社プロダクト群を活用した最適なソリューションを提案します。
営業と連携しながら、技術的な観点で提案をリードし、導入成功までを支援するポジションです。
【具体的には】
・営業担当と連携し、顧客要件のヒアリング・課題整理・提案支援
・システム構成や機能の説明、デモンストレーションの実施
・EC/CRM/データ連携などの技術的相談対応
・開発・導入部門との調整による提案内容の実現化支援
・プロジェクト初期フェーズでの技術サポート
・セミナーやイベントでの製品紹介・デモ登壇(希望者)
※経験やスキルに応じて、まずは提案サポートや資料作成からスタートすることも可能です。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・IT/Web業界での業務経験(営業・導入支援・開発などいずれか1年以上)
・基本的なWebシステムの仕組みやクラウドサービスの理解
・社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル
【歓迎】
・プリセールス/システム提案経験
・ECサイトやSaaS製品の導入・運用経験
・生成AIやデータ連携(IF連携)に関する知識・興味
・要件定義やRFI/RFP対応の経験
・開発チームやクライアントとの折衝経験
【給与】
年収700~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
