【仕事内容】

Z世代カルチャーを発信するファッションブランド「LAFARY」などのSNS・PR業務を担当します。

<主な業務内容>

■SNS運営

・Instagram、X、TikTokなどの公式アカウント運用

・投稿の企画、文章作成、撮影ディレクション、画像編集

・インフルエンサーとのタイアップ企画・進行管理

・投稿の反応を数値で分析、改善施策の立案

■販売促進・EC管理

・ECサイト・実店舗のキャンペーン企画(セール/ノベルティなど)

・ZOZOTOWNやショップイベントの販売管理

■イベント・展示会運営

・POPUPや展示会の企画・準備・当日運営

・メディア・バイヤー向けのレセプション運営

・会場デザインや制作会社との連携

■PR・マーケティング戦略

・プレスリリース作成、雑誌・WEBへの掲載獲得

・ターゲット層や競合調査を元にしたマーケティング施策立案

<必須条件>

・ファッション、コスメ、ライフスタイル領域いずれかでのSNS運用または広報・PR経験(1年以上)

・Instagram、TikTok、Xなどでの情報発信経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等)

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

・ブランドの世界観に共感し、体現できる感性

※週1回リモート相談可(試用期間中は原則出社)
