【仕事内容】

Google AdsやMeta広告などの運用型広告において、 KPI設計から、

マーケティングプラットフォームの導入/運用支援まで一貫して行います。

「目標管理・効果計測」「部分最適」「全体最適」の視点で、達成すべきマーケティングゴールの設定から、

個々の広告チャネルパフォーマンスの最適化、クリエイティブ改善、

アクセス解析や広告効果計測から予算再配分までを含んだ、ROI向上を目的とした本質的な運用支援を行います。

【具体的には】

・クライアントのWEBマーケティングにおける戦略/戦術の設計支援

・検索連動型広告やディスプレイ広告、SNS広告等の運用

・GA4などの広告効果計測ツールの導入からアトリビューション分析の実行

・BIツールによるマーケティングダッシュボードの構築

※利用媒体:Google、Yahoo、Meta、X(Twitter)、LINE、Criteo、Smart News、Gunosy、Microsoft等

【求める人材】

・ 基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)

・ Web広告の提案もしくは運用経験が2年以上

・ Web広告実務未経験でも、IMPやCPAといった基礎的な知識を持っていれば検討の可能性あり

【歓迎】

・ ピープルマネジメントの経験

・ Google、Adobeのanalyticsの使用経験やMA/BIツールの導入経験

・ 運用型広告以外のwebマーケティング実務の経験

・ 日常会話レベルの英語スキル

【給与】

年収600~750万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
