<パートナーセールス部>
現在、楽天モバイルでは特に法人事業に注力しており、パートナーセールス部はその中でもパートナー(MVNOあるいは販売代理店)経由でのビジネス創造、拡大を担っております。楽天モバイルの実現する他に類を見ない革新的な技術基盤をベースに通信業界の変革をリードします。
<パートナー営業第2課>
私たちの部署のミッションは、パートナーである代理店と協力して法人回線獲得を行うことです。自身での販売ではなく代理店を介しての販売を行うため、調整力や交渉力が養われます。少数精鋭の組織のため担当する業務範囲が広く、通信業界の知識だけでなく様々な知識が身につきます。また、決まった営業手法にとらわれることなく、企画から参加できる風通しの良い柔軟な環境が魅力です。
ポジション:
業務内容
・代理店との定例ミーティング: 週に一度の頻度で基本的にはZoomで実施します。対面でのコミュニケーションも重視しているため必要に応じて訪問を行うこともあります。会議では獲得目標の進捗確認や、代理店が抱える課題のヒアリングし改善策を検討します。
・代理店からの問い合わせ対応: 電話、Viber、メールを通じて、代理店からの問い合わせに対応します。
・社内対応: 関連部署への端末在庫の確認や、ソリューションの見積もり依頼、法務部への法務確認などの問い合わせを行います。
・社内ミーティング: 目標に対する捗率状況の共有や、抱えている課題について相談を行います。チーム内で助け合い一丸となって目標達成を目指します。
・エンドユーザー管理: 担当代理店が獲得したエンドユーザーの入金状況について営業担当が責任をもって確認します。
◆ PSD2課のチーム構成 ◆
営業は2つのグループ体制で活動しており、各グループには3~4名が所属しています。1つの代理店に対してメイン担当とサブ担当の2名体制でサポートを行い、営業1名あたり約10社の代理店を担当しています。さらに、PSD2課には6名の営業企画グループと運用グループがあり、バックオフィスの体制も整っています。
また、通常業務はオフィスワークが中心ですが、代理店との関係構築のため、直接お会いして商談を行うために往訪や国内出張をすることもあります。
必須要件:
・社会人経験1年以上
・Microsoft Power Point/Excel/Wordの利用経験
・ビジネスで通用する日本語コミュニケーションが可能な方

・社外とも繋がりを持って仕事がしたい方
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、ポジティブな方
・何かしらの営業経験のある方(通信・IT業界なら尚可)
・フットワークの軽い方
