・不動産管理企業へ住設機器の買い替え提案営業を担当

・給湯器やエアコンなどの状況確認後、最適な買い替えを提案

・飛び込みやノルマ営業はなく、施工は別事業部が担当

・お問い合わせのあった顧客へのアプローチ

【商材・サービス】

・法人向けに住宅設備の販売から工事・修理・保守まで幅広く対応

・個人向けには直販価格での販売・工事・保守を実施

【1日の流れ例】

9:00 出社・見積書チェック

9:30 お問い合わせ対応

10:30 見積書作成・工事手配

13:00 取引先訪問

17:00 帰社・翌日予定確認

18:00 退社

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00、所定労働時間7時間30分、休憩1時間30分、シフト制(月7〜9日休み)、土日どちらか休み、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇(10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)、慶弔休暇、特別休暇、産前産後休暇

※原則屋内禁煙

給与:
