業務内容
入社後は研修および OJT を通じて基礎を学び、以下の業務に段階的に携わっていただきます。
・環境・社会リスク評価(ESIA、EHS Due Diligence など)
・ESG/サステナビリティ関連の調査・分析サポート
・自然環境、土壌、気候、エネルギーなどに関するデータ分析・報告書作成
・フィールドワーク(現場調査)
・クライアント向けの資料作成およびミーティング参加
・チームメンバーや専門家とのコミュニケーション、調整業務

● 学歴
以下いずれかの領域で 学士または修士を取得済み、または取得見込みの方:
・サステナビリティ、ESG、SDGs 関連分野
・環境科学/環境工学、気候科学、生態学
・化学工学、機械工学
・建築、土木、地質
ファイナンス、金融工学
● スキル・語学
・日本語:ネイティブレベル
・英語:プロフェッショナル用途として支障なく使用できるレベル
・論理的思考力
・高い学習意欲と挑戦し続ける姿勢
