能力や経験
- 建築学または環境工学、都市工学/都市デザイン、社会学を理解し、大学の学部または大学院教育修了相当の知識・能力
- 新しいことにチャレンジする意欲と学習能力
- クライアントのニーズを引き出し、関係を構築するコミュニケーション能力
- 適切な問いや仮説を立てて、解決に至る筋道を組み立てる能力
- 既定の枠組みにとらわれずにサービスを1から作れるフレキシビリティ

職務内容:
【雇い入れ直後】サステイナビリティに関するコンサルティング、アドバイザリー業務。ビルディングエンジニアリングチームの一員として、各プロジェクトのマネージャーの指示のもと、企業の環境戦略やブランディング、技術コンサルティング(脱炭素戦略、WLCA、エネルギー削減計画)、認証取得(LEED、WELL等)など、幅広い分野でサステナビリティに関するコンサルティングサービスを提供し、新たなビジネス機会の開拓を担います。また、他部門(構造、環境設備設計、ファサードエンジニアリング、ライティングデザイン等)と連携し、プロジェクトのサステナビリティ向上を目指します。

就業場所:
【雇い入れ直後】東京都千代田区富士見2-10-2 飯田橋グラン・ブルーム8F(JR飯田橋駅徒歩2分)
【変更の範囲】業務上の必要により、在宅勤務やサテライトオフィス、他社への出向を含む、当社の定める場所に変更する可能性があります。
勤務時間:9:00 ~ 18:00(休憩60分)
基本給 :380,600円(修士課程修了者)
学士および博士課程修了者は、能力に応じて決定
諸手当 :時間外勤務手当、通勤手当
昇 給:年1回
Profit Share(業績連動型賞与):年2回
休 日:完全週休2日制(土・日)、国民の祝日、年末年始
有給休暇:年次有給休暇(入社時付与)、傷病有給休暇、勤続表彰休暇(勤続年数に応じて付与)、慶弔に伴う特別休暇、裁判員裁判休暇
