職務内容:
【雇い入れ直後】ファサード(建物の外観)に関する構造の安定性、省エネルギー性、持続可能性、材料性能、居住者の快適性など、機能要件と美的要素のバランスを考慮した設計・エンジニアリング・コンサルティング・アドバイザリー業務を担当します。ビルディングエンジニアリングチームの一員として、各プロジェクトのマネージャーの指示のもと、図面やプレゼンテーション資料の作成、構造および環境シミュレーションに基づく各種レポートの作成、社内外の関係者との調整・交渉などを行います。

【雇い入れ直後】東京都千代田区富士見2-10-2 飯田橋グラン・ブルーム8F(JR飯田橋駅徒歩2分)
【変更の範囲】業務上の必要により、在宅勤務やサテライトオフィス、他社への出向を含む、当社の定める場所に変更する可能性があります。
勤務時間:9:00 ~ 18:00(休憩60分)
基本給 :380,600円(修士課程修了者)
学士および博士課程修了者は、能力に応じて決定
諸手当 :時間外勤務手当、通勤手当
昇 給:年1回
Profit Share(業績連動型賞与):年2回
休 日:完全週休2日制(土・日)、国民の祝日、年末年始
