Job Overview
This position involves providing performance-based advertising services to clients by leveraging Rakuten Group's inventory, utilizing Rakuten's data, and employing cutting-edge AI optimization tools to address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning web marketing strategies using performance-based advertising
- Managing advertisements using Rakuten's proprietary platform
- Establishing and improving operational workflows
Work Environment
The assigned department consists of approximately 20 members.
The team consists of both Rakuten's new graduate members and mid-career employees from various industries, primarily the digital advertising industry. The ratio of new graduates to mid-career employees is approximately 50:50.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in web advertising operations
‐ Ability to use in-house developed ad management systems for ad submission, targeting settings, and operations
- Understanding of advertising performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.) and ability to propose improvements
- Experience in ad submission, budget management, and creative adjustments
- Ability to aggregate and perform basic analysis of data using Excel and Google Sheets
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to actively provide feedback and improve internal system functions
‐ Experience in optimizing listing ads, display ads, and social media ads
- Experience in client communication and consulting for ad operations
- Data analysis skills using SQL or Python
- Experience in team management
