This is an ideal opportunity for those who have experience in banking but have struggled with projects due to a lack of execution from in-house development teams or partners.

The company is not limiting its search to candidates with a background in SIers or banks. They've received numerous opportunities to propose and handle projects for major banks and regional banks. This includes everything from new development of various core systems and web services to replacing existing systems and vendors, from the requirements definition and upstream proposal phases all the way to development and operation/maintenance.

■Responsibilities (Upon Hiring)

You'll be responsible for the full scope of a Business Systems Engineer's duties in banking system development. This includes defining business requirements and assisting in the creation of RFPs/RFIs, translating them into system requirements, and handling all SE-related tasks throughout the system development project.

・RFI/RFP/Requirements Specification Support:

Conducting interviews with clients to identify challenges and business requirements.

Refining these requirements into a level of detail that can be documented.

・End-to-End Project Tasks:

Defining requirements and creating various business process flows.

Extracting tasks for the entire project, creating WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and estimating costs.

・Operational Improvement:

Planning post-release operations.

Proposing continuous improvements and development in the operation and maintenance phases.

・3+ years of experience as a business systems engineer in the banking sector

・Risk Management and Audit: Those who have worked with the Bank of Japan and the Financial Services Agency, handling non-performing loan cleanups and internal compliance issues.

・Lending: Professionals who have supported small and medium-sized businesses with management, turnaround, succession, and bankruptcy, particularly those who have focused on sustainable management strategies in a changing regulatory landscape.

・Administrative Services: Individuals who have managed and led experienced bank employees and part-time staff in handling the increasing volume of back-office tasks.

■Vendor Experience

・Product Development: You've planned, developed, and successfully sold your own products.

・Customer Engagement: You've proactively organized user groups and maintained continuous contact with clients to stay updated on the latest information and trends.

・RFP Response: You have experience creating proposals and giving presentations in response to RFPs.
