日本のビジネス要件を満たすために、規制遵守と在庫計画を満たすサードパーティの倉庫運営活動を監督する
【業務内容】
1) ERP - JDE を使用して、日本の港に寄港する顧客の要件を満たすために在庫を計画および配置する
2) 倉庫の在庫を確認し、陳腐化や損傷を回避するための措置を講じる
3) JDE を使用して購入を生成し、ベンダーへの支払いを処理する
4) 日本の倉庫の港湾コーディネーターの処理を支援およびバックアップする
5) サードパーティの代理店と調整し、酸素ボンベの詰め替えなど、注文を確実に履行できるように配送を追跡する
6) Drew Marine 製品の供給港ごとに倉庫保管、輸送、輸出入規制および制限を理解する
7) 倉庫とベンダーの次監査を出張して実施する
8) 代理店およびスタッフと協力して、Drew のビジネスのための協力関係を確立する
9) Drew の日本事業が日本の規制要件に準拠していることを確認する。
10) 日本における事業のコスト、経費、統計に関するレポートを提供する
11) 事業の継続と拡大のために、割り当てられた業務またはプロジェクトを支援し、事業の問題に対処する。
12) W&D、在庫、シリンダーの移動、メンテナンス費用に関する週次活動レポートと月次レポートを提出する。
13) 週次活動レポートを提出する
14) Drew Marine の事業をサポートするために必要となるその他のタスク
