仕事内容:

関西を中心に展開する総合不動産商社として、賃貸仲介店舗「エイブルネットワーク」での不動産営業をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・店舗へご来店いただいたお客様へのヒアリング・接客

・ご希望に沿った物件の選定、ご提案、現地へのご案内

・賃貸借契約に関わる書類作成・事務手続き

・物件情報の登録・更新、写真撮影などの管理業務

・仲介会社や管理会社との連絡・調整業務

勤務時間・曜日:

店舗勤務:9:30~18:30(実働8時間)

本社勤務:9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

年間休日120日(シフト制、土日や連休取得も可能)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥236,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥31,000〜¥100,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
