北斗タクシー株式会社は創業60年以上、お客様のパートナーとして期待に応えるだけでなく送迎をとおして期待を超えるサービスをお届けしています。

現在はアプリ予約を中心に、月1万件以上のご依頼をいただくなど、需要は年々増加中。

より多くのお客様に質の高いサービスをお届けするため、今回ドライバーの増員募集を行います。

【具体的な仕事内容】

アプリから予約のあったお客様に対する送迎業務をお任せします。

お客様に上質なサービスと快適な移動をお届けする、社会貢献度の高いお仕事です。

・「ありがとう」と感謝の言葉をいただくことが多く、毎日仕事にやりがいを感じながら働くことができます

・シフト制のため、学校行事やご家庭の事情など、私生活と両立しやすい働き方が可能です。

将来的には、デパートでのお買い物送迎や、通院時の定期送迎など、子育て世代や高齢の方など、移動に不安を抱えるお客様を支えるサービスの展開も視野に入れています。

そうしたサービスを担う存在として、「生活支援ドライバー」のような新たな役割を、これから一緒に育てていきたいと考えています。

ドライバーとして経験を積みながら、北斗タクシーのこれからを一緒に創っていける方をお待ちしています。

専任の教育担当が在籍しており、イチからしっかり指導します。

研修終了後もバックアップしますので安心して働くことができます。

未経験からでも稼げる仕組みがあります。

基本給+歩合給の支給意欲次第で、どんどん稼ぐことができますよ。

入社1年目のほとんどのドライバーは給与保障額の月給30万円以上を稼げています。

《未経験でも安心。月給30万円保障》

収入が安定するまでの間は保障給をご用意入社半年間は月給30万円の保障給を支給しますので安心して働くことが出来ます

総額が保障金額を上回る歩合を上げた場合は、その分を上乗せした給与を支給

仕事のやりがいはもちろん、法定外の残業はなし。

・普通免許取得1年以上の方(AT限定可)

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:なし

《乗務開始日から半年間は、月給30万円を保障》

総額が保障金額を上回る歩合を上げた場合は、その分を上乗せした給与を支給。

・半年後以降月給:20万9,500円~60万円以上+歩合給+賞与

入社1年目のほとんどのドライバーは給与保障額の月給30万円以上を稼げていますよ。

・研修日給:日当1万円
