仕事内容:
飲食店に導入するモバイルオーダーシステムの設置業務を担当します。QRコードメニュー用の端末設置、インターネット環境の整備、機器の初期設定などを行い、店舗が実際にシステムを使えるようサポートします。
現場での設置作業に加えて、電話やオンラインでの技術サポート、既設店舗のメンテナンス対応も担当します。週4〜5件程度の店舗を訪問し、残りの時間は社内でのサポート業務や保守対応を行います。

- ルーターやモデムの設置および動作確認
- 設置後の動作テスト、店舗スタッフへの説明
- 電話・メールでの技術サポート

- 何らかの接客・顧客対応経験がある方(対面・電話いずれも可)

- POSシステムやレジ関連の業務経験
