観光バスの運行管理リーダー候補

~水陸両用バスや、屋根なしの観光バス「スカイバス」など、他社が参入できないエンターテインメント性が高いバスを運行する企業~

当社は環境に配慮しながら、より快適・安全・安心な公共交通を提供するために、日々「挑戦」をし続けております。日本初の二階建てオープントップバス、水陸両用バスというエンターテイメント感溢れるバスや、東京駅周辺を運行する無料シャトルバスは、当社の特徴的な事業です。

そんな当社の運行管理担当として、下記業務を行っていただきます。

■業務内容:

◎点呼業務:運行指示、携行品の確認、体調確認等の始業点呼と業務報告、携行品の返却、精算などの終業点呼を行います

◎運行計画の作成:バスの運行スケジュールを作成し、効率的な運行を計画します

◎運行状況の確認及び情報収集:運行中のバスの位置情報やリアルタイムで確認し、異常が発生した場合の対応を行います

◎ドライバーの管理:ドライバーの勤務スケジュールや健康状態を管理し、安全運行をサポートします

◎法令遵守:運行に関する法令や規制を遵守し、安全買う円滑な運行を確保します

◎顧客対応:顧客からの問い合わせやクレームに対応し、迅速かつ丁寧なサービスを提供します

◎日報・帳票類の作成等:運行に関するデータや報告書を作成、確認、保管するとともに、情報を分析するといったことも業務のひとつです

※ご経験を活かせる部分は活かしていただき、未経験の部分は引継ぎを受けながら業務に慣れていただきます。

■組織構成:

東京営業所にはドライバー・バスガイド含め約100名程在籍しており、うち運行管理担当は15名程です。※運行管理担当は、1シフトあたり10名程

20代~60代まで幅広い年齢層の方が活躍しております

■働き方:

シフト制で月に2~3回ほど夜勤(22時~7時)がございます。出勤できない日がある場合は、事前に申請をすれば対応可能です。

ドライバーの方々とコミュニケーションを取りながらの仕事となるため、コミュニケーションを取ることが好きな方歓迎です

・運行管理資格保有者(旅客・貨物いずれも歓迎)
