仕事内容


\耐震診断や構造設計の経験を活かしたい方必見/

当社の建物診断部にて、耐震に関わる業務をおまかせします

非木造建築物の耐震診断・補強提案をはじめ、

現場調査から設計、工事管理まで幅広くご活躍いただけるポジションです

<具体的には>

・非木造建築物の耐震診断

・耐震補強の提案・設計・構造設計評価

・工事管理

・現場調査(営業同行あり)

・構造にかかわる技術的なコンサルティング

・見積書の作成

給与


【給与】

年俸 6,000,000円~

入社時想定年収600万円~

※年俸制/金額はご経験・スキル・年齢を考慮のうえ、社内規定により決定します

昇給あり:年1回

経験・資格


【必須条件】

・非木造建築物の耐震診断の経験者

・一級建築士

構造設計一級建築士の資格をお持ちの方や、

構造設計のご経験がある方は
