どんな仕事?

<不動産アセットマネジメント/ミドル・バックオフィス担当>

【業務内容】

不動産アセットマネジメント会社にて、フロント(アクイジション・AM担当)と連携しながらファンド運営を支える中核的なポジションです。ミドル・バックオフィス業務全般を担当いただきます。

【具体的な業務】

  • 不動産ファンド運営業務

・SPCの管理・運営サポート

・期中管理(ファンディングリクエスト対応、予算管理、CF管理、各種進捗管理など)

  • レポーティング業務(投資家、レンダー、信託銀行等)

・定期提出物(マンスリー/クォータリー/年次)の作成補助、配信

・提出物のドラフト作成(一部)※フロントと連携

  • 会計・決算関連業務

・外部委託先(会計事務所、税理士等)との連携

・決算スケジュール管理、内容確認

・財務諸表・税務関連資料、配当計算の確認(Draftは委託先作成)

  • 契約・ドキュメンテーション管理業務

・各種契約書、覚書等の管理

・ファンド関連ドキュメントの整備・管理

  • その他

・SPC監査、社内監査対応

・業務フローの整備・改善
