求めている人材


学歴・年齢不問、長期できる方

必須条件:

ライセンスビジネスまたは関連分野(マーケティング、営業、ブランドマネジメント)での5年以上の実務経験

契約交渉や締結業務の経験

プロジェクト管理やチームリーダー経験

歓迎条件:

エンターテインメント業界やブランドマネジメントの経験

国内外の市場知識やネットワーク

デジタルコンテンツや新規事業の経験

戦略的な視点で事業を推進できる方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

【勤務時間】

7:00~16:00

出社時間が下記4パターンから選べます。

※ 実働8時間・休憩60分

※ 試用期間の間は原則10:00〜19:00です。

  • 出社時間は1ヶ月ごとに変更可能

休日休暇


年間休日120日以上,完全週休2日制,育休あり,土日祝休み

育休・産休あり、有給休暇あり

※夏季・冬季は土日+有給の計画的付与にて5日以上の連休になります

給与詳細


基本給:月給 38万円 〜 46万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※ 試用期間6か月(給与変動なし)

昇給・賞与

  • 昇給:年2回(1月・7月)10%以上の昇給多数
  • 賞与:年2回(2月・8月)
