〈大阪/セコム×IT×医療〉ITソリューション営業【医療業界向けシステム導入/反響・既存営業メイン
【仕事内容】
~多様な業界出身者が活躍中東証プライム上場セコムGの医療業界向けクラウド型電子カルテシステム等の提案営業~
※ご入社後はセコム社に在籍し、セコム医療システム株式会社に出向する形態を想定しています。本社所在地は同一です。
【業務概要】:同社は2001年から在宅診療所向けにクラウド型の電子カルテシステムの販売を開始しました。
現在は小規模クリニック・中小規模病院まで対応できるクラウド型の電子カルテシステムを提供しています。
強固なセキュリティを誇るセコムデータセンターにて情報管理しており、
安全面で優位性があり多くのお客様に導入いただいております。
【業務内容】:・Web広告や展示会などを通してお問合せいただいたお客様への反響営業・及びシステム導入作業
※提案から導入までのリードタイムは数ヶ月が多く、顧客との長期的な関係構築が必要となります。
・既存顧客へのリレーション営業・フォロー業務
・既存代理店への営業、新規代理店開拓 ・代理店開拓等のマーケティング業務
・クラウド型電子カルテ(セコム・ユビキタス電子カルテ)等の自社サービス提案営業
・受注した顧客へのシステム導入作業
・既存顧客へのフォロー訪問、新機能やオプション・電子カルテ用機器の提案営業
※週1回程度の頻度で日帰りまたは一泊の出張があります。

【年収・給与】
453万円~575万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【技術認定評価に基づく手当あり】
技術力を年1回技術認定評価委員会で評価し、評価結果に応じて、給与に完全上乗せの「技術手当」が最大90,000円/月支給されます
(前年の実績に応じ、入社2年目から支給されます)。

9:00~18:00/※8時間
【休日休暇】
土曜日,日曜日,祝日/有給休暇(入社時から6ヶ月間:9日、6ヶ月経過後:14日、以降勤続年数に応じて年間最大22日)/フレックス休暇(年間最大10日間の連続休暇)
リフレッシュ休暇(勤続年数に応じ2週間の連続休暇)/前産後休業、育児休業(3年間)/介護休業(6ヶ月)など
