人の手で行っていた業務を自動化することで、

生産性向上・業務効率化・品質向上・人件費削減など、

企業にとって大きな価値を生み出す仕事です。

今回は、RPA導入の実務だけでなく、

チームを率いるリーダーとしてプロジェクトを推進するポジションの募集です。

プレイヤーとして手を動かしながら、マネジメントにも挑戦できます。

  • 募集背景

企業が抱える経営課題の増加・多様化により、

RPA導入を検討する企業が増えています。

お客様の課題に真摯に向き合い、

解決まで導ける体制を強化するため、

新たにRPAエンジニア(リーダー候補)を迎え入れることとなりました。

  • 仕事内容

RPAツール導入プロジェクトにおいて、

要件定義から開発までの実務に加え、

複数人で参画するプロジェクトのリーダー業務をお任せします。

<プロジェクト業務>

・顧客との打ち合わせを通したAS-IS整理

・自動化に向けた業務内容のヒアリング

・要件定義、設計、開発

・保守、運用サポート

・操作研修(トレーニング)

など

<リーダー業務>

・3~5名程度のプロジェクトメンバーのマネジメント

・進捗管理、品質管理

・チームメンバーのモチベーション管理

・教育、育成

※管理業務だけでなく、

プレイングマネージャー/リーダーとして実務も推進していただきます。

  • 支援するお客様について

IT企業、商社、小売業、通信系企業など、

幅広い業界のお客様をご支援しています。

主に、

・コーポレート部門の業務効率化

・総務、経理などのバックオフィス業務

を中心にRPA導入を行っています。

プライム案件も多く、

売上数百億円規模の企業を支援する大型プロジェクトや、

2年以上にわたる長期プロジェクトもあります。

  • プロジェクト体制

プロジェクト体制は、大きく2つに分かれます。

(1) 3~5名程度のチームで参画

1名のリーダーを立ててプロジェクトを推進

(2) 1名で参画

導入から研修までを一人称で完遂

(1)ではリーダーとしてのプロジェクト推進を、

(2)では自身の案件推進に加え、他メンバーの案件管理・品質管理・サポートを期待しています。

プロジェクトマネジメントとは別で、社内で役職者として部や課を管理、運営するポジションです。

RPAを切り口に、BIツールでのデータ可視化、Salesforceやkintoneなどのローコードツールを活用した業務改善、

さらには業務改善領域のコンサルティングを、スキルの幅/深さを上げていくことが可能です。

(2) 大手、プライム案件も多数安定した顧客基盤

QA領域で培ってきた顧客基盤があり、売上数百億円規模の大手顧客のプロジェクトや、

2年以上にわたる長期プロジェクトにも多数。スキルと経験、大きな実績を身に着けることができます。

【必須】

・RPAツールの導入における要件定義、開発実務のご経験

・3~5名以上のプロジェクトにおけるリーダー/マネージャー経験

【歓迎】

・UiPath、WinActor、BizRoboの導入経験

・部、統括、課単位でのマネージャー経験

年俸制 652万円~1000万円

(一律手当を含む)

年俸制 652万円~1000万円(年俸の1/12を月々支給)

基本給354,553円~+前払退職金30,000~50,000円

固定残業代45時間138,780円~

※超過勤務分は別途全額支給

※管理監督者の場合時間外割増賃金適用外

昇給:年1回(4月)

※能力・経験を考慮の上、給与額を決定します。

※昇給、昇進は職域・職責に応じ評価
