どんな仕事?

採用チーム リーダー募集

<年間採用計画をリードし、事業成長を"人"から支えるポジション>

・中途/アルバイトに加え、新卒採用の立ち上げにも関われる

  • 仕事内容

事業部の採用計画および組織運営に携わり、

採用チームのリーダーとして各種採用業務を推進していただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・人員計画、採用計画の策定/実行/分析

(採用媒体選定、媒体社・紹介会社との交渉、提案など)

・中途採用、アルバイト採用

(要件定義、条件設定、オファー面談、条件交渉など)

・採用面接

※リクルーターや各部門マネージャーが中心のため、フォロー対応がメイン

・オンボーディングの設計および運用

(入社後6ヶ月以内の立ち上がり支援)

・新卒採用の立ち上げ

※現在は中途採用が中心ですが、新卒採用も開始予定

・その他、人事領域に関わる業務全般

  • 将来のキャリアパス

※希望や適性に応じて、以下の領域にも挑戦可能です

・研修制度の企画、実行

・評価基準策定、KPI設定のサポート

・評価/報酬制度の運用、ブラッシュアップ

・人事異動、ジョブローテーションの運用

年俸制 500万円~700万円

(一律手当を含む)

毎?年俸の1/12を?給する年俸制となります

※スタート年俸はスキル・経験を考慮のうえ相談

※入社後2年間は年俸制で、3年目以降は成果に応じて賞与制に切り替える予定

※上記額には固定残業代73,950円分(?30時間分)を含む/年俸500万円の場合の計算

※スキル・経験を考慮のうえ相談させていただきます。

※昇給年1回、賞与年1回(※入社後3年目以降)
