仕事内容:

企業が採用や取引を行う際に必要となる情報を調査および整理し、各種調査サービスを通じて意思決定を支えるための提案営業の仕事です。

お客様は、人事担当者や経営者など企業の意思決定に関わる方々。状況や背景を丁寧にヒアリングし、課題に応じた調査内容を整理・提案します。

営業活動は、問い合わせ対応や既存顧客からの相談が中心。一方的に売り込む営業ではなく、「どのような情報が必要か」を一緒に考えるスタイルです。

入社後は、サービス内容や業界知識を学ぶ研修からスタートし、OJTを通じて提案の進め方や顧客対応を段階的に習得。営業経験を活かしながら、専門性を高めていける環境です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,175〜¥78,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
