《磯子区地域子育て支援拠点の運営のサポート》

ママ友づくりお子さんの遊び場として、お友達作りとして、子育ての悩みを相談しに、ちょっとした息抜きに・・・など、

地域の子育て世代が気軽に利用できる磯子区地域子育て支援拠点の運営のサポートをお任せします。

【具体的に・・・】

・お子さんの見守り

利用されるお子様は0~3歳児くらいです。保育業務をしていただくことはありません。

・ママやパパとのお話し

世間話や、日ごろの子育ての大変なことなど、お話をするだけでも、お母さんやお父さんたちは気持ちが軽くなります

特別な知識はなくても、必要なのは、じっくりと話しを聞いてあげるスキルだけです

・講座やイベントの運営補助

ベビーマッサージやリトミックなど様々なイベントの運営を手伝っていただきます。

また、イベント予約や、受付などもお願いします。

・電話対応、メール対応

混雑状況や開所状況などの問い合わせへの対応です。相談の電話は常勤のアドバイザーにつないでいただきます。

・事務、記録など

データ集計などの仕事も少しありますが、フォーマットがあるので、基本的なExcel・Word・メールなどの入力ができればOKです

求めている人材


・乳児、幼児のお子様、保護者の方と楽しく関わることができれば、未経験の方も歓迎します

・パソコン操作できる方(Excel、Word等)、SNS得意な方や、事務職経験者歓迎

勤務時間詳細


勤務時間 9:00~17:00

月1回職員の事情等を勘案し、曜日(月曜日を除く)を特定せずにシフトを決めます。

月あたりの勤務日数は11日程度(応相談)です。

基本給:時給 1300円 〜
