応募資格/必要スキル/経験
【必須(Must)】
・3名以上のチームのマネジメント経験
・以下のうちいずれかのご経験
-コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験(5年以上)
-経営企画部門・事業企画部門での組織改革や業務改革等のプロジェクト経験(3プロジェクト以上)
-セールス、マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等の領域における複数の業務改革・業務改善プロジェクトの経験(3プロジェクト以上)
-複数のシステムプロジェクトの推進経験(3プロジェクト以上)
歓迎するスキル/経験
【歓迎(Want)】
・コンサルティングファームにおける経験(5年以上)
・収益責任を伴った部門・チーム運営のご経験
・10名以上のチーム・部門のマネジメント経験
・英語を用いたグローバルプロジェクトの実施経験
・マルチベンダでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
報酬(給与など)
年収:9,100,000円〜

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間)
※コアタイム 10:00~15:00
フレキシブルタイム(始業)5:00~10:00
