【職務内容】
■資産形成ビジネスの取組強化:JAにおける資産形成推進の支援(県内企画・現地営業支援等)
■事業者向け融資の強化:JA・JFの融資審査スキル向上支援、営業支援(県内企画・現地実践支援等)
■再生可能エネルギーを組み合わせたローン商品の展開:JAにおける営業支援
■JA・JFならではの魅力を活かした地域活性化事業の企画・立案:JA直売所との連携企画・実践支援等
■金融店舗における業務効率化支援:JA・JF店舗事務の実態分析、事務フロー・手続の改善提案等(県内企画・現地実践支援等)
■JA・JFの金融業務担当者の人材育成:窓口・融資初任者~管理者~経営層までの階層に応じた研修企画・実践等(県内企画・現地実践支援等)

本部で策定した全国企画を骨子に、各拠点において築き上げた地域への深い理解や関係性を背景とした、当該拠点ならではの地域戦略の立案と、個別のJA・JFに対する提案・実践サポートを主役として担う役割を期待しています。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■メガバンク等の銀行(信託銀行含む)での業務経験者(法人関連業務の経験がある方が望ましい)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
リテール事業本部の業務は、業務内容が多岐にわたる点に特徴があります。
■即戦力として特定分野の経験、専門性が高い方(経営企画、チャネル・戦略企画、事業・商品企画、エリアマーケティング等の業務経験歓迎)
■法人関連業務の経験がある方
■特定の得意分野を持たない若手の方(入庫後の伸び代も重視)。
リテール業務経験においても、企画経験のある方を重視いたします。
■コミュニケーション能力はもとより、資料作成スキル・プレゼンテーションスキル等を備える方、または、それらスキルの習得に意欲的な方
