当ポジションはAdTech Sales Account Executiveとして、主に Amazon DSP、Amazon Ads API、Amazon Marketing Cloudによるクラウド製品を活用したマーケティング分析の導入促進に注力します。CMO、CTO、マーケティング部門責任者、プログラマティック広告責任者など、デジタルマーケティングの意思決定者との広範な関係構築を通じて、プログラマティック広告への包括的な投資理由への理解をさらに広めていきます。

競争の激しい、かつ顧客からの要求が高い環境で営業活動を行う中、他の営業チームやプロダクトチームと連携し、広告主にとって最適なソリューションを構築します。これにより、Amazon Adsにとって意義のある新規ビジネス機会を創出します。

広告主のマーケティング目標達成に向けて、Amazon Adsのソリューションアーキテクトや代理店の分析・開発チームと緊密に連携し、効果的なAdTechソリューションの開発・展開を推進します。特に、クラウドとAdTech製品の統合においては、AWSチームとの戦略的なパートナーシップを構築し、革新的なソリューションの実現を目指します。また、Amazon Ads組織内の各チームと連携することで、広告主のビジネス成果を最大化するための包括的なサポート体制を確立します。このクロスファンクショナルな協業体制により、継続的な価値提供と成長を実現します。

Our AdTech mission is to inspire the world's largest brands to build on our AdTech, and help them grow their business through our technology and service. Within Amazon Ads, the AdTech Sales Organization is comprised of sales professionals focused on developing strategic partnerships and driving adoption of Amazon AdTech products across agencies and enterprise clients.

As a Sr. AdTech Sales Account Executive, you will focus on driving the adoption of the Amazon DSP, Amazon Ads API, and Amazon Marketing Cloud for marketing analysis. You will build broader relationships with digital marketing decision makers, including CMOs, CTOs and marketing leaders, as well as programmatic advertising leaders to further educate holistic reasons for deeper investment within programmatic. While operating in a highly competitive environment with demanding customers, you will work collaboratively with other sales teams and product teams internally, enabling solutions for marketers and creating significant new business opportunities for Amazon Ads.

Working closely with Amazon Ads Solution Architects and agency analytics/development teams, we drive the development and implementation of effective AdTech solutions to achieve advertisers' marketing objectives. Specifically, we build strategic partnerships with AWS teams to enable innovative solutions that integrate cloud and AdTech products. Additionally, through collaboration with various teams within the Amazon Ads organization, we establish comprehensive support systems to maximize advertisers' business outcomes. This cross-functional collaboration framework enables us to deliver continuous value and growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 年以上の技術製品(特にマーケティングや広告分野のもの)の B2B 営業もしくはパートナーシップ開発に携わった経験
  • 5年以上のリーダーシップの意思決定に影響を与えるレベルでの戦略開発経験
  • 5年以上の複数の部門横断的なプログラムの管理
  • データ活用に基づいた優れた分析力と自信
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語力
  • 四年制大学での学位
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in a sales or partnership development role selling technology products (in marketing and advertising fields are preferred)
  • 5+ years of developing strategies that influence senior stakeholders
  • 5+ years of managing programs across cross functional teams
  • Excellent analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications
